Mid-season, Porcelain type. A selection of the famous Music garlic, Ivan is quickly establishing a reputation among the finest hardnecks for its fewer (but larger) cloves and even better adaptability. Well suited for northern regions, this cold-hardy variety is generally ready for harvest earlier than other Porcelain types —allowing you to enjoy fresh scapes sooner too! The easy-to-peel cloves have a rich, spicy flavor when raw that become sweeter when cooked and roasted, making it a great multipurpose garlic for all your culinary creations.
Garlic is shipped only in the fall—starting in mid-September, depending on the season and the variety. Quantities are limited; order early for best availability. Sorry, not available to Idaho, US Territories, or Canada.
